Founder & Managing Partner
Campbell Mathewson has more than three decades of experience advising on real estate strategy and execution. During his career, he has been directly involved in more than $3 billion in acquisitions and dispositions across property types and more than two million square feet of leases.
He founded CMRE Partners to give families one accountable real estate advisor: someone who can form the portfolio strategy, test the alternatives, coordinate specialist teams, and personally carry the chosen path through negotiation and closing.
Before CMRE Partners, Campbell served as Executive Vice President and Designated Broker of CenturyPacific, the real estate partnership affiliated with Davis Wright Tremaine. His career began in Washington, DC as a Legislative Assistant to US Senator Slade Gorton.
Away from the practice, Campbell is an investor in professional sports teams including Leeds United FC, the Seattle Seawolves, and Querétaro FC, and an avid adventure traveler who has visited more than 110 countries. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Kirkland and have two children.
